Players from restricted jurisdictions are prohibited from registering or using our services. kpk100 reserves the right to verify your location and block access from restricted regions.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable laws or regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of kpk100 services complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access kpk100 services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and current.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted only one account on the kpk100 platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; you may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account details with any third party. You agree to notify kpk100 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. kpk100 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

kpk100 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP - Indonesian National ID Card, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or credit card image with middle digits obscured)
• Selfie photograph holding your ID document for facial verification

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

kpk100 accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. All deposits are subject to verification and anti-fraud checks.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly for supported payment methods. In rare cases where technical issues or additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. kpk100 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Players may request withdrawals of their real money balance at any time, subject to account verification and wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB) with most payouts completed within 15 minutes. Larger withdrawal amounts may require additional verification and processing time up to 24 hours.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or payment method registered in your name matching your verified identity. Funds derived from illegal activities will be confiscated and reported to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions offered by kpk100 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are detailed on each promotional page. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to players who meet eligibility criteria including age verification, account standing, and deposit history. kpk100 reserves the right to exclude players from promotions at our discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is 30 times the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 30,000,000 in total wagers before the bonus and associated winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

While bonus funds are active on your account, the following restrictions apply:

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Suspected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

5.5 Bonus Cancellation

kpk100 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of system errors or technical glitches that result in incorrect bonus awards, kpk100 reserves the right to void such bonuses and adjust account balances accordingly.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games available on kpk100 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited by third-party testing agencies. Game outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by kpk100 or any player. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game are statistical averages calculated over millions of game rounds.

6.2 Game Rules and Paytables

Each game has specific rules and paytables that are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules before playing. kpk100 is not responsible for player errors or misunderstandings regarding game rules. 6.4 Technical Issues

Players must report technical issues immediately via customer support. kpk100 is not liable for losses caused by internet connection failures on the player's end.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kpk100 platform:

• Underage Gambling: Any attempt to register or gamble while under 21 years of age
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, particularly in poker or sports betting
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, fake identity documents, or engaging in payment fraud
• Money Laundering: Using kpk100 services to launder money or transfer funds for illegal purposes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. kpk100 makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the platform. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kpk100 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

8.4 Force Majeure

kpk100 shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, strikes, telecommunications failures, internet outages, government actions, or acts of God.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your kpk100 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you after verification, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period (6 months, 1 year, or permanent). During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, and kpk100 will take reasonable measures to prevent you from opening new accounts. 9.3 Termination by kpk100

kpk100 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players
• Multiple account creation or bonus abuse
• Suspicious betting patterns suggesting collusion or fraud

In cases of termination for cause, kpk100 reserves the right to forfeit account balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law
